Yutel Energy Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, installation address and order details. We collect a one-time code (OTP) solely to verify your contact number.

How we use it

Your information is used only to process orders, schedule installations, provide support, send order confirmations, and (with your consent) share offers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payments

UPI payments are made directly to our bank account through your chosen UPI app. We store only the reference number you provide for reconciliation; we never see or store your bank credentials or PIN.

Data security

Data is stored on secured servers. Access is limited to authorised staff. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Orders

All orders are subject to verification and availability. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund of amounts paid where we cannot fulfil it.

Installation

Free installation is provided within our service areas. Installation timelines are estimates and may vary with site conditions and weather. The customer must provide safe access and a suitable site.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on each product page. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or acts of nature.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before installation begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. To cancel, contact us with your Order ID and registered phone number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or by UPI/bank transfer for UPI payments) within 7–10 business days. Booking deposits are fully refundable until installation is scheduled.

After installation

Once a system is installed, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects covered under warranty. Defective units are repaired or replaced at no cost.
